Job summary

LTK, a remote-first technology platform that connects brands, creators, and shoppers, is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer Leader.

You will lead and coach engineers, own the data architecture, pipelines, data quality, and reliability, and partner with product, analytics, finance, and engineering to translate priorities into roadmaps. This is a high-impact, strategic role with a strong emphasis on inclusive leadership and cloud-native systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data/platform engineering.
• 3+ years leading data engineering teams.
• Expertise in data architecture, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.
