Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a senior leader to drive the AI Risk Oversight (AIRO) program’s reporting transformation and risk oversight activities. The role focuses on designing scalable, AI-enabled reporting ecosystems and delivering executive dashboards to enhance risk governance across the enterprise.

The candidate will collaborate with AI Risk Oversight, IRO partners, technology teams, and business stakeholders to translate complex risk information into clear, actionable insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, data, business and/or finance.
• 3+ years of data management, governance, analytics, testing and/or risk management experience.
• Strong business acumen and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of a future-state Information Risk Oversight reporting ecosystem.
• Develop and execute a reporting transformation strategy using AI-enabled capabilities and analytics.
• Deliver executive reporting, metrics, dashboards, and insights to support risk governance and decision-making.
