Job summary

Truist seeks a senior risk reporting leader to design and implement a future‑state Information Risk Oversight reporting ecosystem. You will drive AI‑enabled reporting, automation, and analytics to deliver scalable, actionable insights for executives and stakeholders across the enterprise.

Reporting to the Head of AI Risk Oversight, you will collaborate with Information Risk Oversight, technology, and other risk functions to advance reporting transformation while ensuring compliance with laws,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, data, business and/or finance.
• Three plus years in banking, technology, operations, risk management and/or regulatory agencies.
• Three plus years in data management, governance, analytics, testing and/or risk management.
• Strong business acumen, management experience, problem solving and decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of a future‑state Information Risk Oversight reporting ecosystem.
• Develop and execute a reporting transformation strategy using AI, automation and advanced analytics.
• Drive AIRO coverage and operating model risk advisory and independent risk assessment.
• Produce executive reporting, dashboards and insights for risk governance and decision‑making.
• Promote strong risk culture and proactive remediation across the enterprise.
