Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, data, business or finance.
• 3+ years in banking, technology, operations, risk management or regulatory agencies.
• 3+ years data management, governance, analytics, testing or risk management.
• Strong business acumen, problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience with risk and controls framework development and measurement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across management levels.
• Knowledge of data management, data analytics and data controls across supply chains.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed environment delivering executive-level work.
• Strong change management skills to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of a future-state Information Risk Oversight reporting ecosystem.
• Develop and execute a reporting transformation strategy using AI, automation and analytics.
• Drive AIRO Coverage and Operating Model including risk advisory and independent risk assessment.
• Contribute to the EDRO strategic plan and roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Lead issues management and remediation per the EIM program.
• Deliver executive reporting, metrics, dashboards and insights for risk governance.
• Promote a strong Truist risk culture and remediation accountability.
• Perform effective challenge on AI-related processes for validation.
• Provide risk advisory to strengthen AI risk controls.
