Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead the Data Analysis & Governance domain, overseeing migration of customer, account, product, and transactional data with accuracy and repeatability.

You will own analytical frameworks, data mapping, reconciliation controls and lead two streams: migration automation/tooling and data hygiene, reporting to the Director of Migration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the domain responsible for ensuring data migration accuracy, completeness, and repeatability
• Own analytical frameworks, data mapping, and reconciliation controls for migration outcomes
• Oversee two streams: modern migration automation/tooling and proactive legacy data hygiene
