Job summary

UL Solutions seeks a senior data product leader to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products. You will build and coach a high-performing team of Data Product Owners, aligning product delivery with enterprise priorities and business goals across a global landscape.

You will partner with business and IT leaders, translate complex needs into clear capabilities, and drive adoption, usability, and measurable business impact through data products, dashboards, semantic models, and data

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data, analytics, or product management roles with data products.
• 3+ years of people leadership managing product owners or data professionals.
• Experience defining and executing data product strategy and roadmaps.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into product requirements and priorities.
• Experience managing a portfolio of data products and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of modern data ecosystems and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Product Owners defining and advancing data products.
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products with business/IT leaders.
• Ensure roadmaps align with enterprise priorities and technology direction.
• Guide teams from business needs to capabilities, release plans, and priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand priorities and opportunities for new data products.
• Oversee intake, evaluation, sequencing, and investment across competing priorities.
• Work with engineering, analytics, and governance teams to align requirements.
