Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Software Engineer III in Data Platform Operations for a remote role. You will strengthen the reliability of enterprise data platforms, focusing on production support, automation, and governance across cloud and on-premises environments.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data services, dashboards, and data products supporting BI, analytics, regulatory reporting, and operational decision-making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in Software Engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, technology, or a related field or equivalent.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, deploying, or supporting software and automation in an enterprise tech environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, and support software and automation for data platforms.
• Maintain scalable, observable, and well-governed data services for BI, analytics, and reporting.
• Implement DevOps/DataOps practices, CI/CD, and monitoring across data platforms.
• Investigate production issues and contribute to RCA and preventive actions.
