Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Senior Production Support Analyst to join the Data & Client Platforms (DCP) Production Support team. This hybrid role supports securities services data platforms, real-time data delivery, and client reporting across multiple geographies.

You will work on cloud-native data lake architectures and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate has 4–8 years in production support, strong SQL and data querying skills, and experience with ITIL processes.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years in application support, production management, or platform operations.
• Experience supporting data pipelines, reporting platforms, or client-facing financial apps.
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 production support across the DCP portfolio and manage incidents.
• Perform start-of-day checks and global follow-the-sun coverage.
• Communicate with Client Services and senior stakeholders during incidents.
• Develop runbooks and support documentation for platforms.
