Fuze Health is transforming the pharmacy experience through scalable data engineering and trusted data platforms. You will lead strategy, architecture, and execution of Alto’s data platform, ensuring high-quality data fuels analytics, product, and ML initiatives.

You will mentor a team of data engineers, collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Analytics teams, and drive governance, security, and scalability across cloud environments to enable reliable decision-making and business impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Math or related field.
• 10+ years of data engineering or related roles.
• 5+ years leading technical teams.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and orchestration.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Data Engineers with a culture of ownership.
• Define and execute the long-term vision for the data platform.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Finance, and Enterprise teams to prioritize data initiatives.
• Establish clear career paths, performance standards, and hiring plans.
• Ensure data governance, observability, and platform reliability.
