Vantive is a vital organ therapy company focused on extending lives through digital solutions and advanced services. We seek a Data Platform Leader to drive EDH, AWS S3 ingestion, and Snowflake-based data delivery at scale.

You will own end-to-end design, establish standards, and mentor teams to deliver trusted data products for reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives. You will collaborate with BI, product, and platform teams to ensure data pipelines meet enterprise needs, while guiding

Qualifications

10+ years in data engineering, warehousing, or enterprise data platform development.
5+ years leading technical teams or large-scale data delivery initiatives.
5+ years hands-on Snowflake development, optimization, and secure data design.
Strong experience with AWS data services, especially S3-based ingestion.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for EDH, AWS S3 ingestion patterns, Snowflake, and data delivery.
Own end-to-end design for data ingestion, transformation, and curated data products.
Lead design reviews and ensure scalable, secure, maintainable solutions.
Drive modernization toward domain-driven data architecture and data products.
Lead and mentor data engineers and delivery teams across design to production support.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and plans.
