Job summary

Vantive is expanding its data platform and seeks a leader to drive end-to-end data ingestion, transformation, and curated data products. You will own design, governance, and delivery across EDH patterns, S3 ingestion, and Snowflake layers.

The role requires 10+ years in data engineering, 5+ years leading technical teams, and strong experience with Snowflake and AWS. This on-site Illinois-based position offers comprehensive health benefits and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.
Master's degree preferred and experience leading technical teams or enterprise data initiatives.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for EDH, AWS S3 ingestion patterns, Snowflake, and data engineering delivery.
Own end-to-end design for data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and curated data products.
Establish engineering standards, naming conventions, code quality, and operational best practices.
Lead design reviews and partner with architecture teams for scalable and secure solutions.
Drive domain-driven data architecture and trusted data products.
