Job summary

Cambia Health is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to act as technical lead for the Data & Analytics Platform Engineering team. You will design, build, and optimize Snowflake-based frameworks and orchestration tools while guiding junior engineers.

You'll work across data modeling, analytics, and product teams to deliver scalable data products, ensure governance and security, and improve data engineering workflows in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years of data platform engineering or data engineering experience.
• Bachelor-level degree or equivalent in CS/Math/Business.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of technical projects and mentor junior data engineers.
• Architect and automate Snowflake-based frameworks for data teams.
• Partner with data modeling to design scalable warehouse layers.
• Optimize Snowflake performance and query tuning.
• Collaborate with analytics, product, and business teams to deliver platform solutions.
• Ensure code quality, testing, and platform observability.
