Job summary

AgencyBloc is a leading provider of agency management solutions for life and health insurance agencies. We seek a Data, Revenue Analytics & Engineering expert to move revenue reporting from spreadsheets to Databricks lakehouse, building pipelines from HubSpot and Sage Intacct and reconciling numbers company-wide.

You will write Python and SQL to automate recurring reporting, trace numbers to the source, and explain results to sales, client success, finance, and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in data-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a data analyst, analytics engineering, or BI role.
• Strong SQL skills with complex joins and window functions.
• Working proficiency in Python for data transformation and automation.
• Experience automating manual reporting with measurable time savings.
• Experience reconciling data across systems and tracing discrepancies.
• Hands-on dashboard and data modeling experience (Databricks, Tableau, Power BI).
• Clear written and verbal communication, especially with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild revenue reporting in Databricks lakehouse for the consolidated GTM book.
• Build and maintain data pipelines from HubSpot, Sage Intacct, and other GTM systems.
• Migrate/upgrade legacy dashboards to run on governed data in the lakehouse.
• Develop automated Python/SQL jobs to replace manual processes.
