Job summary

Stateside is seeking a Senior Engineer for Data Enablement & Management to lead the design, implementation, and operation of the enterprise Lakehouse and Data & AI platform. You will guide data engineering, platform modernization, and governance for trusted data assets across the organization.

• Proven ability to lead data modernization and Lakehouse initiatives.
• Strong governance, observability, and security controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and operation of enterprise Data & AI platform for reliability.
• Drive modernization of Lakehouse components and data pipelines.
• Enable Databricks AI/BI dashboards, semantic models, and data products.
• Establish engineering standards, automation and governance.
• Mentor engineers and guide complex data initiatives.
