Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Senior Data Engineer (Databricks Platform) to lead hands-on design and optimization of our enterprise data platform on Databricks and AWS. You will build scalable data pipelines, implement medallion architecture, and collaborate across Data Platform, Product, and DevOps teams to power analytics, reporting, and AI/ML use cases.

Qualifications

Senior Data Engineer with hands-on design, development, and optimization of enterprise data platform.
Strong experience in Databricks, Delta Lake, ETL/ELT frameworks, and cloud environments (AWS).
Collaborates with data platform teams, product, QA, DevOps, and external partners to ensure platform reliability.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Databricks (Spark/Delta Lake).
Build ETL/ELT workflows with PySpark and Databricks SQL.
Implement medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold).
Design and maintain data models (3NF, star schema).
Support Data Catalog and Data Governance frameworks for data quality and compliance.
Build CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
Collaborate with external partners for ongoing production support.
