VIA is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to unify core data engineering with DevOps, focusing on scalable data pipelines, observability, and secure cloud infrastructure. You will partner with data professionals, developers, DevOps, and client delivery to push AI-driven data capabilities.

You’ll build reliable pipelines, optimize performance, and help scale our platform while upholding security and governance standards across multi-tenant environments.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills for scripting and automation across data platform.
• Proven experience architecting scalable SQL/NoSQL schemas.
• Experience with cloud data services and IaC tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect and provision secure data infrastructure with IaC.
• Engineer and deploy scalable data pipelines for real-time and batch processing.
• Monitor and optimize data platform performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with application teams to troubleshoot data workflows.
• Enforce data governance, security, and best practices across teams.
• Operationalize AI models with MLOps processes and containerization.
