Wealth.com is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to own our data platform end-to-end. You will manage pipelines, dbt models, and the Redshift warehouse, ensuring reliability and scalable data solutions for internal stakeholders.

You'll partner with Platform engineers to accommodate evolving data models, and you'll guide the data architecture while balancing cost and performance. The role is hybrid with our NYC office and emphasizes ownership and impact.

Formación

• 4+ years in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a closely related role
• Strong SQL and Python for data processing and pipelines
• Hands-on experience with dbt and orchestrating production pipelines (Airflow)
• Working knowledge of AWS and a cloud data warehouse (Redshift)
• Good instincts for warehouse and system design
• Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into code and explain decisions clearly

Responsabilidades

• Own the data platform end-to-end: pipelines, Airflow, dbt, and Redshift
• Ensure reliability and trust in data; diagnose and fix pipeline issues
• Ingest data from diverse sources, clean and model it for downstream use
• Contribute to data architecture decisions, warehouse design, scalability and cost
• Coordinate with Platform team to align data models with engineering plans
