Job summary
Amazon Redshift is seeking a Software Development Manager to lead a database software team focused on cloud-native, petabyte-scale data warehousing. You will own delivery, mentor engineers, and partner with executives to align targets and resources.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
- 7+ years of engineering experience.
- 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for growing and leading a database software development team.
- Shape a culture of innovation and support your team to reach full potential.
- Mentor engineers, perform hands-on technical work, and guide design tradeoffs and prioritization.
