Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of customer-facing technical experience.
• Engage in complex customer interactions and sales lifecycle in a technical pre-sales capacity.
• Influence decision-makers and executives through strategic engagements.
• Experience coding in Python, Java, or Scala and willingness to learn Spark.
• Hands-on PoC experience with cloud platforms and technical solutions for customer needs.
• Travel up to 30% when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executives in your designated territory.
• Coach junior Solutions Architects and teams on use case prioritization and building technical champions.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements with the wider cloud ecosystem and 3rd party applications, ensuring alignment with Databricks vision.
• Act as an expert solution architect and trusted advisor for data analytics architecture, design, and adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Contribute to Databricks' technical community through collateral and workshops.
