Job summary

Cerity Partners is seeking a Senior Associate to support custodian operations and lead migration projects within our Client & Custodian Data Management team. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to ensure seamless onboarding of acquired teams and ongoing data integrity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on custodian operations with migration project leadership.
• Ability to onboard acquired teams and liftouts onto custodial/data infrastructure.
• Lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Understand downstream impacts across portfolio accounting and reporting systems.
• Translate business needs into technical actions for complex accounts and entities.
• Communicate solutions clearly to stakeholders across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact on merger and practice migration projects.
• Lead project calls from initiation to completion; step in when needed.
• Manage cross-functional projects with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Oversee day-to-day custodian operations across platforms like Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing.
• Manage custodian user permissions and access entitlements.
• Navigate complex account types and onboarding workflows.
• Coordinate with Orion and Salesforce impacts on data workflows.
• Document processes; contribute to training materials.
• Deliver updates to groups of 5–20 or larger audiences.
