Job summary

AssetMark seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead the custodial data and operations platform within its tech ecosystem. You will own data pipelines for accounts, documents, move money, custodial integration, and directives, defining roadmaps and leading cross-functional teams for major initiatives.

You will drive strategy while maintaining hands-on execution, working in a hybrid setup near Charlotte, NC or Concord, CA. A strong background in wealth management or fintech is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, computer science, or related field.
• 5-8 years of product management experience with growth in scope and impact.
• Strong background in wealth management, asset management, or fintech.
• Experience owning complete products or major product areas end-to-end.
• Track record of leading cross-functional teams and complex product initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own custodial data and operations platform with strategic accountability.
• Define roadmaps and 12-month vision for custodial data and operations.
• Align engineering with strategic objectives and product roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional teams on complex initiatives like straight-through processing.
• Demonstrate leadership in product design, development, and execution across teams.
• Demonstrate data-driven decisions and knowledge of tech stack for product area.
