Job summary

Cerity Partners is seeking a Senior Associate to support custodian operations and lead merger and acquisition migration projects. You will act as the primary contact for migrations, onboard newly acquired teams, and manage cross-functional initiatives across custodial platforms.

The role combines hands-on operations with project leadership, systems thinking, and collaboration with Compliance, Operations, Advisor Services, and other teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross-functional migration projects and onboarding teams onto custodial data platforms.
• Strong ability to diagnose data feed issues and translate business needs into technical actions.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with presenting findings and training groups from 5–20 people or larger.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact on merger and practice migration projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage day-to-day custodian operations across Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing and others.
• Oversee custodian user permissions, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Understand downstream impacts on Orion and Salesforce and diagnose data-feed issues.
