Job summary

FIS is seeking a skilled analyst to lead custody conversion initiatives, mapping data and coordinating movements across custodians. You will work with clients and internal teams to ensure accurate data translation and smooth conversions.

The role requires collaboration in a fast-paced environment, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication to stakeholders across multiple organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience translating client requirements to technical specifications for software implementations.

Responsibilities

• Represent FIS and BPS Outsourcing in client and vendor meetings during custody conversion events.
• Create and manage project plans and direct tasks to meet the established plan.
• Coordinate transfer of securities, cash and assets between custodians during onboarding/offboarding.
• Develop data maps and transaction workflows for conversion to FIS systems.
• Conduct data analysis and client interviews to assess data requirements for software use.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications for the implementation team.
