Job summary

Kestra Financial, Inc. is seeking a strategic product leader to oversee custodian data integration and governance across the Kestra ecosystem. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive scalable growth in the wealth management space.

The role requires deep domain expertise in multi-custodian environments and hands-on data capabilities, with a focus on improving advisor and client experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 2+ years in technical product management in an Agile environment.
• 5+ years in wealth management, investment operations, or trading.
• Deep understanding of RIA/wealth advisory operations and multi-custodial workflows.
• Hands-on knowledge of custodian data feeds and integration challenges.
• Experience with Agile product management and data-driven roadmapping.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central leader for custodian interfaces and integrations across the organization.
• Develop and refine a strategy to maximize value of custodian data.
• Identify and validate business problems and propose practical solutions.
• Oversee operational delivery of custodian feed files and API integrations.
• Design and govern a centralized framework for custodian data sharing and offboarding.
• Coordinate with compliance and risk management to meet data requirements.
• Collaborate with data governance, engineering, technology, and product teams to drive initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of wealth tech vendors and data integration needs.
