Job summary

FIS is seeking an onboarding project lead to represent the organization in client and vendor meetings during custody conversion events. You will create and manage project plans, coordinate data mapping, and supervise asset movements between custodians.

You will analyze data, map transactions, prepare test scripts, and guide clients through the conversion process. Strong Excel, Power BI, and data-analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate client requirements to technical specifications.
• Experience with securities industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create data maps and transaction workflow documents showing how each field will be converted.
• Coordinate and reconcile movement of securities, cash and other assets between custodians.
• Conduct readiness reviews and guide customer testing, training, and data setup during conversion.
• Provide on-site support during the conversion week and post-conversion maintenance when needed.
