Benchmark Gensuite is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Migration & Integration Projects to oversee historical data migration and enterprise system integration during complex customer implementations in Cincinnati, OH. This customer-facing role coordinates across stakeholders and technical teams to keep workstreams aligned with project goals and timelines.

You will identify gaps, manage scope changes, and drive timely decisions while engaging customers in technical discussions and ensuring

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of customer-facing project management or SaaS delivery experience.
• Experience coordinating data migration or systems integration in complex implementations.
• Ability to discuss data mapping, migration validation, APIs, integration dependencies, and testing without hands-on engineering.
• Experience managing project scope, risks, stakeholder expectations, and change requests.
• Strong communication and relationship management with customer teams and business leaders.
• Knowledge of EHS data and SaaS implementations is a plus.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
