Job summary
Nephron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a detail-oriented Database Implementation & Migration Specialist to lead the migration of our CMMS from Indy Soft to Blue Mountain RAM cloud in a regulated environment. You will map legacy data, align schemas, ensure GMP/FDA compliance, and develop SOPs and training for calibration and maintenance staff.
The role requires expertise in relational data modeling, data cleaning, and workflow alignment, with strong skills in Excel/VBA and PowerBI for data
Qualifications
- 5+ years in database development, data engineering, or systems administration with data migration in regulated environments.
- Experience with Indy Soft Calibration Management and/or Blue Mountain RAM preferred.
- Familiarity with IQ/OQ/PQ, GMP data integrity, and FDA compliance.
Responsibilities
- Migrate historical data from Indy Soft to Blue Mountain RAM ensuring data integrity.
- Map and restructure asset and calibration data to Blue Mountain RAM schemas.
- Translate workflows and scheduling into validated maintenance routes.
- Support IQ/OQ/PQ, electronic signatures, and audit trails for FDA compliance.
- Develop SOPs and training for staff transitioning to Blue Mountain.
