Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking an executive-level leader to oversee a group of program and project managers within a value stream focused on large data transformation efforts that support enterprise data architecture, integrity, analytics, or member experience.

The role requires building strong, collaborative relationships with Product Managers and Product Owners, ensuring delivery management processes are followed, and mentoring the team. Travel and leadership responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Delivery Experience.
• 7+ years of Client Relationship Management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as determined by the company.

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring decisions, coaching, rewards, and staff productivity.
• Assign project managers to requests and ensure they have project context and inputs.
• Coordinate cross-domain resource allocation and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Review budgets, risks, communications, and stakeholder plans for completeness.
• Track and green/yellow/red project status and support issue resolution.
• Ensure project artifacts are documented and archived.
• Engage stakeholders and senior leadership; escalate as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
