Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Business, Economics, Finance or Computer Science or equivalent diploma.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Retail or IT fields.
• Prior Data Governance and Administration experience or exposure preferred.
• Strong ability to document business processes and requirements across Merchandising, IT or Finance workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate requirements between business and IT.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for multiple business departments across the organization and support requests.
• Analyze data to troubleshoot, provide insights, and improve business visibility.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data governance and process improvements.
• Maintain governance documents and develop operational processes and reporting structures for Master Data Management.
