Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Manager to acquire, clean and develop datasets from internal and external sources to support business analysis and reporting.

You will ensure data accessibility, reliability, and timeliness, while shaping data architectures and governance across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience translating business needs into technical data requirements, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while safeguarding data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 7+ years of technical experience in data analysis using ETL tools.
• 3 years experience using DataBricks.
• Experience with SQL environments, SSMS and SSIS.
• Cloud technologies (Azure Synapse Analytics, Snowflake) and Power Platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, validate, store and secure datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and execute data architectures, policies and procedures for enterprise data lifecycle.
• Prepare data for reporting and analysis, including visualizations for business requirements.
• Lead projects through full lifecycle: design, coding, review and deployment.
