Job summary
The Senior Data Manager at Humana acquires, cleans and develops datasets from internal and external sources to support business analysis and reporting. You will implement data architectures and governance to ensure timely, reliable data for enterprise users, and lead data lifecycle practices across teams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years in technical data analysis with ETL experience.
- 3+ years using DataBricks.
- Strong SQL skills with SSMS/SSIS.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Azure Synapse, Snowflake).
- Proficient in Power BI and related Power Platform tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into data requirements.
Responsibilities
- Acquire, clean and develop datasets from internal and external sources.
- Develop data architectures, policies, practices and procedures.
- Ensure data accessibility, reliability and timeliness for users.
- Prepare data for reporting and analysis including visualizations.
- Lead lifecycle management of data and projects end-to-end.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to meet data needs.
