Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Manager to acquire, clean, and develop datasets to support business analysis and reporting. This role ensures data accessibility, reliability, and timeliness by implementing data lifecycle processes and architectures across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams, translate requirements into data solutions, lead projects through full lifecycle, and drive insights with dashboards and analyses using modern cloud and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of technical experience in data analysis using ETL tools.
• 3 years experience using DataBricks.
• Experience in SQL environment with SSMS and SSIS.
• Extensive experience developing stored procedures and dynamic SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Technologies (Azure Synapse Analytics, Snowflake) and Power Platforms.
• Experience turning complex data into actionable insights.
• Led projects through full lifecycle: design, coding, review, deployment.
• Proficient in root cause analysis.
• Problem solving and data issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, validate, and store data to support reporting and analysis.
• Develop data architectures, policies, and lifecycle processes.
• Prepare data for reporting and visualizations for business needs.
