Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Senior Data Manager to acquire, clean and develop datasets for business analysis and reporting. You will establish data architectures, policies, and processes ensuring data accessibility, reliability and timeliness for users.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with IT and business teams, translate needs into technical requirements, oversee ETL solutions, and enable data-driven insights through dashboards using Power BI and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years in data analysis and ETL.
• 7 years of technical experience in data analysis using ETL tools and developing ETL solutions.
• 3 years experience using DataBricks.
• Experience in SQL environments with SSMS/SSIS.
• Strong SQL, stored procedures and dynamic SQL development.
• Cloud technologies (Azure Synapse, Snowflake) and Power Platform experience.
• Ability to translate business needs to technical data requirements.
• Experience leading projects through full life cycle.
