Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Manager to acquire, cleanse and develop datasets from internal and external sources to support business analysis and reporting.

You will ensure data accessibility, reliability and timeliness while shaping data architectures and lifecycle governance across the enterprise. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of technical experience in data analysis using ETL tools and developing ETL solutions.
• 3 years experience using DataBricks.
• Experience working in a SQL environment with comprehensive knowledge of SSMS and SSIS.
• Extensive experience developing stored procedures and dynamic SQL.
• Strong working knowledge of Cloud Technologies (Azure Synapse Analytics, Snowflake) and Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Experience taking complex data and making it more accessible for leaders to derive insights.
• Leading projects through design, coding, code review and deployment.
• Proficient in root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, validate and store data from internal and external sources.
• Develop and execute data architectures and data lifecycle policies.
• Collaborate with business and IT to translate user needs into data requirements.
• Prepare data for reporting and analysis including visualizations.
