Attain Partners is an innovative consulting firm seeking a Technology Services Technical Lead to spearhead the Data Services & Analytics practice, focusing on Data Integration and Data Migration. The role combines senior technical leadership, client-facing architecture, and delivery accountability to drive profitable engagements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology consulting, data integration, data migration, or solution architecture.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical delivery teams, architects, and/or integration practices.
• Demonstrated expertise architecting and delivering enterprise integrations and complex data migrations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of at least one major enterprise integration platform, preferably Boomi, Workato, or MuleSoft, with architectural oversight across platforms.
• Experience managing delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Previous experience as Technical Delivery Manager, Solution Architect, or comparable client-facing technical leader.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical leader and solution architect for Attain's Data Integration and Data Migration services.
• Provide architecture leadership across Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, Informatica, Salesforce, and related enterprise technologies.
• Lead technical discovery, architecture workshops, and solution design sessions.
• Oversee integration and migration delivery teams to ensure scope, budget, timeline, and quality.
• Establish technical standards, reference architectures, and reusable frameworks.
• Maintain executive-level client relationships and report delivery progress, risks, and recommendations.
