Job summary

FullStack is hiring a Healthcare Data and Analytics Specialist to join our team. You will work with clients, either integrated into their teams or on a product team to build and deliver analytics solutions for healthcare data.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, advanced English, and a four-year degree. You will work with SQL-native datasets, HIPAA controls, and modern data operations workflows in a remote-capable environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in software eng, data analysis, or data ops.
• Advanced English required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Deep healthcare data experience: claims, eligibility, enrollment, payer/TPA/PBM.
• Strong SQL to join datasets and validate data.

Responsibilities

• Support team augmentation or full product delivery for clients.
• Analyze healthcare data and build maintainable analytical logic.
• Create recurring reports, data dictionaries, and metrics definitions.
