Job summary

PatientPoint is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decisions across the organization. The role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights, with collaboration across IT, engineering, product, and business teams.

You will mentor junior analysts and advance from descriptive reporting to proactive data strategies. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in analytics, strong SQL, Looker expertise, and experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, GCP, AWS, Azure).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Business Analytics, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data management, BI, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Looker.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, statistics, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, GCP, AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders primarily using Looker to ensure automated reporting.
• Work with business leaders to understand objectives and provide actionable recommendations based on data.
• Evolve from descriptive reports to proactive data insights identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement data models ensuring data integrity and consistency across sources.
• Leverage advanced statistics and machine learning to solve business challenges.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, product, and stakeholders to optimize data collection and pipelines.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster a data-driven culture.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in analytics and BI.
• Familiarize quickly with new datasets and provide valuable insights.
