Job summary

Medisolv, Inc. seeks a Medicare Advantage Stars Data Analyst to ingest, validate, and transform CMS Stars data into actionable insights for health plans. You will design data models, build dashboards, and collaborate with product, analytics, and plan teams to improve Stars performance.

You should have strong SQL, hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau, and deep knowledge of CMS Stars measures. This role blends data engineering with health plan analytics to drive measurable quality

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, health informatics, healthcare administration, mathematics, statistics, business, or a related field.
5+ years of healthcare data experience, including direct work with Medicare Advantage Stars data.
Strong SQL skills and the ability to work from database schemas across multiple healthcare data sources.
Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable BI tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert on CMS Stars measures, specifications, and methodology.
Understand how data from claims, HEDIS, CAHPS, HOS, supplemental feeds is transformed into Stars performance.
Track CMS methodology changes and keep analytical products aligned.
