Job summary
SCAN, a nonprofit health organization serving millions, seeks a Senior Data Analyst to design and maintain data-driven analytic solutions. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Healthcare Analytics or Payor operations experience.
- Strong SQL, Power BI, Snowflake and Python skills.
- Experience with Streamlit and AI-enabled analytics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards and analytics products.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate data into actionable insights.
- Lead requirements gathering and document functional specs.
- Define metrics, governance, and reporting methodologies.
- Develop semantic data models and scalable data assets.
- Analyze healthcare claims and related datasets for improvements.
- Build data pipelines and ensure data quality and performance.
- Create executive dashboards and data stories for leadership.
- Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Explore emerging analytics and AI technologies to drive value.
