Job summary
Attain Partners is seeking a senior Data Governance leader to expand our governance consulting capabilities and Databricks partnerships. You will help establish and grow enterprise governance programs, develop market-facing solutions, and scale governance capabilities within a consulting firm.
This role combines capability development, Databricks solution development, and client delivery leadership to drive governance maturity, metadata management, and data quality across major client
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise Data Governance initiatives.
- Experience designing Data Governance operating models, frameworks, and metadata management.
- Familiarity with Databricks technologies and Delta Lake architectures.
- Experience building and scaling consulting capabilities and services.
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and advise executives.
- Strong cloud data platform knowledge and Lakehouse concepts.
Responsibilities
- Lead Data Governance engagements from strategy through implementation.
- Design governance operating models, policies, standards, and ownership structures.
- Drive metadata management, data cataloging, lineage, and data quality initiatives.
- Foster executive workshops, stakeholder alignment, and organizational change.
- Develop and expand Databricks-focused Data Governance solutions and offerings.
- Collaborate on go-to-market offerings, accelerators, and capability development.
