Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise Data Governance initiatives.
• Experience designing governance operating models and data quality initiatives.
• Familiarity with Databricks Delta Lake, Spark, PySpark, and lakehouse concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Data Governance engagements from strategy to implementation.
• Conduct governance maturity assessments and operating model design.
• Design governance frameworks, policies, and data ownership models.
• Lead metadata management, data cataloging, and lineage initiatives.
• Facilitate executive workshops and drive governance program adoption.
