Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Agile delivery, with at least 10 years in a Scrum Master, RTE or leadership role.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple Agile teams (8-12+ teams) in a SAFe environment.
• Expertise with Agile tools and code configuration repositories.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices as well as refinement for optimization.
• Servant‑leadership and strong facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Systems thinking and ability to manage complex dependencies.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead PI Planning events and other ART ceremonies.
• Prepare and maintain backlog readiness in partnership with Product Management and System Architects.
• Facilitate synchronization across teams (Scrum‑of‑Scrums, PO Sync, ART Sync).
• Plan, conduct, and coordinate software development activities.
• Apply standards, processes, and tools throughout the development life cycle.
