Job summary

BlueWater Federal Solutions is seeking an experienced operational synchronization lead for the BMx Agile Release Train. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage dependencies, and drive program increment activities to maintain release stability across multiple systems.

The role requires 8+ years of Agile delivery, 5+ years in scaled Agile programs, and an active Secret clearance. Certification in SAFe, Scrum Master, or related methods is preferred, with emphasis on coordination across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline.
8+ years of Agile delivery experience.
5+ years supporting scaled Agile enterprise programs.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Experience coordinating multiple Agile product teams.
SAFe RTE, SAFe Agilist, and/or Scrum Master certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the operational synchronization lead for the BMx Agile Release Train.
Coordinate execution across product teams, shared services, release activities, dependency management, and Program Increment operations.
Ensure Agile execution stays aligned across FMxC2, IMDS/IMDS-MSM, FEM, PAMS, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, cloud migration, integration, testing, and operational support.
Facilitate PI Planning, ART Sync, dependency resolution, Inspect-and-Adapt activities, metrics reviews, and release coordination.
Track backlog health, sprint predictability, migration sequencing, sustainment demands, and operational risks.
Assess cross-team impacts that could affect release stability, operational readiness, cloud migration sequencing, or mission support continuity.
