Qualifications

• Demonstrated full lifecycle of software or systems engineering for software-intensive projects.
• Experience managing software and systems engineering efforts using Agile methods, processes and practices.
• Recent formal leadership experience (within the last year).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Fusion software development activities across multiple contracts and teams.
• Coordinates recruitment, training, performance assessment, and assignments for subordinate staff.
• Ensures software design, documentation, testing, and standards meet program needs.
• Interacts with other Fusion teams to ensure on-time delivery of content.
