You will drive delivery of complex technology programs, leveraging your deep technical expertise and leadership to ensure alignment with business goals and risk controls. You will manage resources, budgets, and high-performing teams while applying agile practices and data governance principles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Experience with AWS, Snowflake, Databricks and ETL tools.
• Knowledge of data governance and data management processes and tools.
• Experience managing resources and budgets in an agile environment.
• Analytical reasoning to break down objectives into tasks.
• Experience using enterprise-approved AI capabilities for program management workflows.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans and risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources and timelines.
• Leverage AWS Snowflake, Databricks and ETL knowledge to manage data engineering programs.
• Identify and mitigate risks and implement contingency plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Analyze program performance and drive data-driven optimizations.
• Utilize AI capabilities to accelerate planning, RAID and executive updates with data sensitivity.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting practices.
• Champion agile methodologies and continuous learning within the team.
