JPMorganChase in Jersey City is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager- Data Risk and Technology Controls to drive delivery of complex technology projects across Consumer & Community Banking. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and guide risk-aware initiatives in data technology risk and controls.

The role emphasizes governance, AI-enabled planning, and senior stakeholder interaction to align technology initiatives with business goals and regulatory expectations.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in a large organization.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support program management workflows with validation and data sensitivity awareness.
• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines for on-time delivery of technology solutions.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, ensuring data handling aligns with sensitivity requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks, address roadblocks, and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Support Data Management Controls program, including Retention/Destruction and Data Quality initiatives to ensure compliance and automation.
• Build partnerships with Business Stakeholders and Technology teams to support data risk controls.
• Monitor and evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to strengthen risk posture and regulatory compliance.
• Execute reporting and governance of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements for senior management insights.
• Apply analytical reasoning to identify improvement areas and data-driven optimizations for efficiency.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance practices with human review and delivery standards.
