• Demonstrated ability to validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations.
• Advanced stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in audit, regulatory compliance, and risk management/control functions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with technical requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, validating outputs.
• Identify and mitigate risks and implement contingency plans to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Support Data Management Controls programs for Retention/Destruction and Data Quality initiatives.
• Build partnerships with Business Stakeholders and Technology teams to support data risk controls.
• Monitor and evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and suggest enhancements for compliance.
• Manage reporting and governance of controls, policies, issues, and metrics for senior management.
• Apply analytical reasoning to improve efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven optimization.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting with human review.
