Job summary

Phantom is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and scale a data foundation powering analytics, experimentation, and decision-making. You will tackle onchain data challenges alongside a lean, high-impact team and collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Engineering to unify blockchain data, product analytics, and marketing integrations.

You will design scalable data systems, mentor teams, and drive data-driven approaches across the organization, enabling faster, more confident product

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and scaling data infrastructure
• Startup experience with multi-hat roles
• Expertise with modern data stack tools (Snowflake, dbt)
• Strong data modeling, schema design and architecture at scale
• Experience implementing data quality frameworks and observability
• Experience building and scaling experimentation (A/B testing) infrastructure
• Expert-level SQL and Python
• Track record during explosive growth
