LangChain is seeking an Analytics Engineer to help build a scalable data foundation used by millions of developers and elite companies. You will own and extend our data stack, craft models, and deliver actionable insights that inform product and business decisions.

You will work with sources like Salesforce, Stripe, and ClickHouse, and contribute to dashboards driving KPIs and revenue insights. This role emphasizes curiosity, startup agility, and self-direction.

Formación

• 3+ years experience in analytics engineering.
• Proficiency in BigQuery (or similar), dbt, Looker/LookML, Airbyte (or similar), Segment.
• Detail oriented, enjoys data spelunking, and can synthesize findings effectively.
• Curious with strong business sense to anticipate needs and generate insights.
• Startup DNA with ability to thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
• Self-directed—start making an impact without much oversight.

Responsabilidades

• Work with and expand on our foundational data stack - Looker, dbt, BigQuery, Airbyte
• Write LookML and dbt models that describe our business, powering a self-serve analytics experience
• Connect data from different sources (Salesforce, Stripe, Metronome, Clickhouse, etc) into our BigQuery warehouse
• Build dashboards that track progress against company goals and KPIs
• Analyze product usage and operational data to surface insights around customer health, adoption, and revenue
• Develop a deep understanding of our business metrics to drive alignment, prioritization, and decision-making
