Qualifications

• 5+ years building data infrastructure in high-growth environments.
• Startup experience with multi-hat roles.
• Deep expertise in modern data stack tools (Snowflake, dbt).
• Strong background in data modeling, schema design and architecture at scale.
• Data quality frameworks and observability implementations.
• Experience building and scaling experimentation (A/B) infra.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Scale: design data architecture able to handle hundreds of TBs with 10x growth and maintain performance.
• Data Quality Leadership: implement observability to ensure data accuracy, freshness, and reliability.
• Data Modeling Excellence: lead scalable data modeling efforts for growth.
• Experimentation Infrastructure: build and scale A/B testing frameworks for data-driven decisions.
• Cross-functional Partnership: translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Technical Leadership: mentor teams on data best practices and drive data-driven methodologies.
